If you experience issues accessing the internet while connected to your OV20i, you may need to set your WiFi connection to have a higher priority than the Ethernet adapter.

MacOS 13 Ventura or newer

  1. Open System Settings

    1. Go to the  Menu in the upper right corner, and click “System Settings”

    2. or, Press Command-SpaceBar and search for “System Settings”

  2. Go to Network. Click the ... , and click on Set Service Order

  3. Move Wi-Fi above your Ethernet adapter
