Step 2: Setting up OV20i I/O Control (Node-RED)

  1. Go to I/O Block on your OV20i. The following basic flow will turn on Output 1 (Green Light) if your Classification passes. It will turn on Output 2 (Red Light) otherwise.

Digital Output Wiring

The OV20i digital outputs are NPN (i.e. sinking, active low) outputs. This means that the outputs provide a switching connection to ground, rather than supplying positive voltage. The OV20i outputs are suitable for controlling any device that does not exceed these limits:
